Healthier Heart =)


Hey hey let's read this 10 easy step to a healthier heart

  1. walk 30 minutes a day everyday, no matter what and then call someone...haha i always practice this at my campus =)
  2. know your blood pressure and do whatever it takes to get it down to 115/75....I never check my blood pressure la....hehe
  3. Eat an ounce of nuts a day...if you wanna know why nut's so good to your heart you can search it by yourself heh...malas la nak terang....too long
  4. Learn your HDL number and what you can to raise it to 50...easy ways you can have one one drink a day, eat healthy fat like olive, canola oils or nuts.
  5. Eat ten tablespoons of tomato sauce a week.
  6. Floss your teeth regularly.
  7. Eat no more than 20g of saturated fat a day and as little trans fat as posibble.
  8. Read labels and throw out all food that has sugar in the first five ingredients.....sugar can cause inflammation...get it...don't be fooled by foods that are low in fat but high in sugar.....
  9. This one should not be practice by Muslim people la...korang pun tahu...tapi untuk sebelah barat tu lantak diaorang la or to non-muslim......have a glass of wine or beer today (this is base on the research)....to Muslim you can replace it with juice .or any drink that good to your heart.
  10. Last but not least eat 9 serving of colourful vegetables a day

Good food not only feeds but brings happiness on many levels =)
